Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Brahmatattva. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

Course and Event Cancellations

If you need to cancel your registration for a course or event:

• More than 7 days before: Full refund minus processing fees
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Event Cancellation by Brahmatattva

If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered:

• A full refund of your registration fee, or
• Transfer to another available date or event

Digital Content and Recordings

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for downloaded materials or accessed recordings are not available. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us for assistance.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have special circumstances that prevent your attendance, please contact us. We will review each case individually and do our best to find a fair solution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@brahmatattva.org with your booking details and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 48 hours.
