Courses, Consultations, and Events
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of offering, the timing of the request, and whether access has already been granted or the service has already begun.
Digital Access
If a digital course, recording, or downloadable resource has already been accessed, started, or delivered, refunds may be limited or unavailable except where required by law or where a verified technical issue prevented access.
Live Programs and Scheduled Sessions
For live consultations, workshops, or events, cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Approved refunds or credits, where applicable, may depend on notice period, scheduling commitments, and administrative costs already incurred.
Platform or Service Issues
If you were unable to access a purchased service due to a platform error, duplicate payment, or verified technical issue on our side, we will review the matter and may issue a refund, service credit, or alternate access.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.
